Personal data processing consent

Hereby I, hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Data Subject", pursuant to the requirements of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" (with amendments and additions) freely, with my will and in my interest I give my consent to the processing of «Sasta» personal data on the Site sasta.ru (hereinafter referred to as the Site), by filling in the fields of online forms. 

The list of personal data, for the processing of which this consent is given: name, telephone number, year of birth, e-mail address, language, country of residence.

The consent is given to the Operator to perform the following actions with my personal data using automation tools and / or without using such means: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, depersonalization, as well as any other actions provided for current legislation of the Russian Federation both by non-automated and automated methods.

 This consent is given to the Operator for the processing of my personal data for the following purposes:

• providing me with Goods / services / works;
• sending to my address notices related to the Goods / services / works provided;
•  preparation and sending answers to my inquiries;
• information sent to me, including advertising, about the activities / goods / services / works of the Operator.

OJSC "Sasta" undertakes not to transfer the received personal data to third parties, with the exception of the following cases:

• at the request of authorized government bodies of the Russian Federation only on the grounds and in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation;
• strategic partners who work with “Sasta” to provide goods and services, or to those that help the Company sell goods and services to customers.

 This consent is valid until its withdrawal by sending a notice to the e-mail address marketing@sasta.ru. In the event that I withdraw my consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without my consent in the presence of the grounds specified in clauses 2-11 part 1, clauses 2, clauses 2, clauses 10 and 11 clauses 2 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On personal data "from 26.06.2006.
